Upon receipt of your order, we will email you our invoice for payment purposes.
Payment:
Payment must be done within 3 days upon receipt of the order confirmation from us.
We accept payment by:
~ Internet Banking or via ATM machine to our UOB Account.

EY House reserves the right to cancel any orders (without prior notice),
if the payment was not done within the grace period given above.
Delivery Time/ Shipping Charges
Your order(s) will take 3-4 weeks to reach you (upon receipt of your payment).
For any urgent order, please contact us for special arrangement.
We provide FREE DELIVERY within Singapore.
~ For order below S$50, free delivery by ‘Local mail postage’.
[You may opt for ‘Registered mail’ and an additional S$2 to be added for mailing via ‘Registered Articles’. We strongly recommend for delivery via ‘Registered Mail’, as EY House will not holds any responsibility for any lost mails via normal mailing.]

Exchange & Return Policy
NO REFUND/ EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATION is allow once the payment has been made.
